The paper submission is now open and will end on January 20, 2017. All submitted papers must be complete or coherent works (not partial or small incremental pieces of work) and must consider the comments received during the presentation of the paper at the conference. EXAMPLES
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MANUSCRIPT PREPARATION
Prepare your manuscript with sections as in sample papers and using the reference style in the sample papers. The sample papers are reprints and represent the final type-set paper that is printed and available as PDF online. There is no need to format your manuscript as the paper will be fully typeset.
Try to estimate the printed length of your paper based on the sample papers. You need to consider the scaling of the figures as well. We realize that this will only be an estimate but if your paper is too long, it will be returned.
Submission Instructions
Ensure that you are submitting a complete piece of work. All papers will be prescreened and those found to be incomplete or incremental will be returned. The journal has a very high reputation and will return papers that are incremental. The paper must contain electronic, optoelectronic or photonic materials related original research.

REVIEW TYPE ARTICLES
If your paper is an invited paper and it is a Review (not original work), you must use “Review” in the title of the paper, for example, “Recent Advances in Phosphors for Upconversion: A Review”. Review articles are expected to be longer (e.g. 10-12 printed pages) and need special permission from the Deputy Editor-in-Chief (Professor S. Kasap). Email your review article in word or PDF directly to: safa.kasap@usask.ca (He will examine the article and provide advice on how to proceed.)
